Which countries does Divya Stones export to?
We export Indian natural stone to over 30 countries. Our largest markets are the United States (Texas, California, New York and Florida), the United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg), the United Kingdom, Australia and continental Europe.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is one 20-foot container (~22 tonnes for marble or granite slabs). Smaller LCL orders are accepted for samples, handicrafts and specialty finishes.
How long does shipping take?
Lead time from order confirmation to dispatch is typically 15–25 days. Sea freight to the USA East Coast and Europe runs 22–28 days; UAE 10–14 days; Russia 30–40 days. We handle CHA paperwork, fumigation and certificate of origin.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We ship swatches and small slabs for evaluation. Sample-only freight is charged at cost and credited back against your first full order.
Are your products certified?
Yes. We are a registered exporter with the Government of India (IEC code), follow ISO-aligned quality processes, and provide CE / NSF documentation for engineered quartz on request.
Do you offer custom finishes and sizes?
Yes — polished, honed, leathered, flamed and antiqued finishes are all in-house. Slab sizes up to 3200 × 1600 mm are standard; oversized blocks are quoted per project.
